Hola, I am Luigi Crespo,


...but you can call me Lui, your new favorite headshot, portrait, product and boudoir photographer. I am Peruvian by birth, but a proud American by choice. 

 

I am a proud member of the Headshot Crew, a global network of accredited headshot photographers around the world.  I have a master’s in political communications from the American University in DC, and in a previous life, I had a rewarding event planning and senior protocol career in the US government.


While planning big events, I picked up a camera to document some of my event details like handwritten place cards, table settings, and flower arrangements. It had been a while since I took photography in college, so I dusted off the old camera and started taking photo safari workshops. I came cross a renown headshot and portrait photographer in New York City who mentored me and taught me what I know about impactful headshots and portraits. I was hooked into photography once again. Fourteen years ago I opened a full-time studio for women's portraiture, followed by Luigi Crespo Photography.


Recently I relocated to South Florida, I have now merged Bombshell Noir (formerly known as Capitol Bombshell) into my Luigi Crespo brand. I now also offer the ultimate boudoir photo experience— capturing the feminine and the extraordinary in every-body.


Personally, I am bold, direct, neurodivergent, queer, and passionate about my work. I love dad jokes, cast-iron cooking, flan, anything rum and mango, calligraphy, thrifting, and racing my fast old car. I am a proud dad of three awesome adult children and one cat, but I recently divorced from my wife after 30 years together. I am restarting my life; reseting my mental health; and refocusing my journey to seek clarity, pleasure and art in everything. Boca Raton, Florida is now my new home .


On my free time, I volunteer at the Boca Museum of Art; the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens; the Osprey Point Golf Course of Boca Raton; and I serve as Member of the Board of my HOA.


This is a LGTBQ, lifestyle and kink safe space.
